Each of these four phases have their own distinct challenges. These challenges will be identified and Adlerian strategies will be explored to meet these challenges in an encouraging, empowering, empathic, ethic, and educational way. Emphasis will be on connecting the theory of Adlerian psychology to the practicality of daily living in families, schools, and
